Traffic Counting and Classification

The objective of this project is to implement traffic counting and classification.
A mobile platform is being developed, which can be placed onto bridges, light posts et cetera.
Additional goals of this project are gathering of traffic parameters such as turning behaviour at intersections.
There's a video demonstrating such a traffic counting.
