If you find that a speakers voice is breaking up, the cause could be due to Internet congestion.  This can be easily remedied by increasing your playback buffer.  When your playback buffer increased, audio may be smoother, but latency will be increased.  Click on the [Options] buffer to set your playback buffer as desired.  Additionally, hosts and co-hosts can change a participants playback buffer from remote.  Just click on their name in the participant grid, right mouse click, and select the Client buffering menu item.
