[My current working environment] I am a mathematician who spend his working live at universities till last year. In the last decade I was mainly engaged in teaching theoretical computer science and computer algebra as an assistant at Humboldt university Berlin. [My interests concerning the seminar] I am fascinated about the learning possibilities on the web and I like to educate my self to become an expert in e-learning theory and praxis. Teaching by myself a seminar on e-learning is part of this strategy. This way I will also act as a multiplicator in e-learning. [My favorite spare time occupations] As world champion in decathlon in the age group M45 I need some time to train mind and body in track and field. But I also enjoyed climbing the Kilimanjaro two years ago. As pupil I liked much solving mathematical puzzles and I took part in mathematical contests and nowadays I try transmitting that hobby to my daughters from time to time, but until now not really successful ;-(.e following learning objectives immediately after the introduction.
