2.4.3 Analysis of several nets following the same pattern
By using the file COMMAND.ina, it is possible to analyze
several nets in the same way. This will be demonstrated by an example.
Assuming the files net01.pnt,
net02.pnt and net03.pnt are to be analyzed,
you may proceed as follows:
- 1.
- Rename the first net net01.pnt to current.pnt.
- 2.
- Start INA and analyze current.pnt with the
appropriate commands.
- 3.
- Save COMMAND.ina while quitting the session. Perhaps rename
SESSION.ina at this point.
- 4.
- Undo the renaming of current.pnt (for the first net
net01.pnt) and
rename the next net (net02.pnt) to current.pnt.
- 5.
- Start INA and answer the question Same procedure as last
time? with <Y> . The net current.pnt is now analyzed
exactly like the previous net,
without any further command. Afterwards, SESSION.ina
may have to be renamed again.
The last two steps can be repeated for all nets that you would like
to investigate (net03.pnt in the example).
