I work at WBI with Prof. Ulf Leser, HU Berlin. I received a PhD degree in computer science from the department STS at Hamburg University of Technology. I obtained a M.Sc. in Computational Logic from Dresden University of Technology in 2006, and I received a B.Sc. from Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2004.
My research interests are:
- Semantic Web foundations and applications, (Description) Logics, Scalable and efficient implementations, Updatable data structures.
- Compression of genome data, String matching, Read alignment, Efficient parallel implementations
