Interests

I work in the group Knowledge Management in Bioinformatics with Prof. Ulf Leser, at HU Berlin. My current research is focused on compressing, indexing and managing large amounts of strings, mainly biological sequences. In addition, I am interested in Semantic Web/Description Logic reasoning techniques.
