Fiona is released as free software. You can download the source code which can be compiled on any Linux/BSD/UNIX-like operating system. If you are running Microsoft Windows you can either use Cygwin to compile, or download a pre-compiled executable binary below.
The current release of Fiona is version 2.0 of June 22nd, 2007.
